Table 6: Good appearance with a delicate aroma including some good floral notes on the nose. The flavour is delicate, leaving a delightful warming aftertaste with a clean finish.

Table 4: A good scent and molten gold in appearance. Just what it says on the jar - no big flavour bang but delicate, floral and not too sweet. A useful sort of honey that can be drizzled over icecream and used to flavour cakes and desserts.
