A light golden honey with a curious but pleasant, light mallowy texture and a subtle pure clean flavour with a hint of dates. Unusual, different and delicious.

There is a lovely marshmallow aroma to this light golden honey. It has a good pouring consistency, however it was very sweet and somewhat unbalanced. An intriguing varietal, It has pronounced sweetness mitigated by some earthier tones, However, it lacks real complexity and doesn't offer enough durability on the palate to be a really characterful expression of honey.
